Heron House - yksityinen mukava retriitti

Tervetuloa Heron Houseiin! Koska meidän omaisuuttamme rajoittuu kauniiseen Mill Creekiin, tämä talo on lähellä suurta sinistä harmaahaikarausta. Lähellä olevat puut pitävät useiden parien twiggy-pesiä. Mill Creek tarjoaa sinulle 1. 5 kilometrin päällystetyn, virkistysreitin, joka johtaa 20 kilometrin pituiseen koiraystävällisiin reitille, jotka ovat avoinna patikointiin, pyöräilyyn ja ratsastukseen.

Meidän omaisuuttamme vieressä on Rooks Park, kahdeksantoista hehtaarin kokoinen puisto, joka tarjoaa suuria ruohoalueita, piknikpaikkoja, leikkipaikka, hevosenkengän kuoppaan ja lentopallokenttä. Alle 10 minuutin päässä puistosta löydät Bennington-järven, ainoan laaksomme julkisen järven. Se on varusteltu kirjolohen kanssa koko kevätkuukauden ajan.

Talon sisällä meidän teemahuoneemme vaihtelevat pääkerroksessa "Pug Room" ja "Paisley Room", toiseen kerrokseen "Let 'Er Buck Room", kunnianosoitus Pendleton Roundupille; "Emily Dickinsonin huone"; ja "Rose Room". Kaikissa huoneissa on queen- tai king-vuoteet. Talossa on jopa 10 vierasta. Alakerrassa on oma kylpyhuone ja puoli kylpyamme ja yläkerrassa jaettu kylpyhuone. Kaikissa huoneissa on vierashousut ja tossut.

Keittiömme on täysin varusteltu aterian valmistukseen ja tarjoilee virallisessa ruokasalissa tai enemmän satunnaisesti suuren saaren ympäri. Aamukahvia auringon huoneessa tarjoaa usein vilkaisun paikallisista villieläimistä, kuten peuroista, kettuista, viiristä ja fasaanista; ja tietysti pitkä, kulmainen heron.

Ulkona, takapihalla patio on maakaasu BBQ grilli ja ulkona istuimet kymmenen vierasta.

Paikalliset viinitilat voivat tarjota erinomaiset parit aterioihisi, ja jos haluat mieluummin noutamisen, keskustassa on tarjolla useita kriittisesti arvostettuja ruokapaikkoja. Tutustu paikallisen viikonlopun viljelijöiden markkinoihin tuoreita tuotteita ja elävää musiikkia varten.

Perfect setting

The house was the perfect place to bring my family for a wine tasting weekend and to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and Easter! The house is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We never had to eat out!The grounds are beautiful and the surrounding area is spectacular. We enjoyed the yard and the fire out. We walked along the Mill Creek and even saw deer in the neighborhood. Thank you for hosting this amazing place!

Lovely decor!!

Well appointed kitchen with lovely dining room off kitchen. Only one bedroom with attached bath. Nice to have new BQ for cooking outside and fire pit with ample wood to use!!

Lovely girls weekend getaway

Beautiful Home

Absolutely beautiful house - even nicer than the photos show. Loved that we could bring our dogs and they had a great fenced backyard to play in. Very quiet and private, beautiful lot. Highly recommend!

Spacious family getaway

Heron house is everything promised. Clean, nicely appointed, well equipped kitchen, hotel quality bedding and inviting decor. Our group/family of 10 enjoyed our stay and had plenty of space to entertain. The property management was highly engaged and responsive. We appreciated the location of the house as it backs to Mill Creek greenbelt. We saw a river otter, deer and many birds including a blue heron. The yard is lovely and we enjoyed the patio in the evenings. Highly Recommend.

Fantastic long weekend in Walla Walla

We stayed in this property 2 years ago and loved it so much we wanted to come back. Mom/Dad and 4 adult children and their spouses. Age 52-83. Bedrooms for all and outside space is great. 10 people inside dining and 10 can also fit outside. Love it.. Clean and very well appointed in all spaces.

Nestled in the Woods

Quiet location, sizable, private backyard near hiking trails. Large modern home with gas fireplace, one on-suite King room, spacious kitchen and dining room. Loved the location and the house. The hostess was quick to respond and friendly. Check in was easy with a door code. The house has a unique layout as the bathrooms are a bit awkward for the other bedrooms and there is no access to the garage. However, we had a great time and enjoyed our visit.

An Absolutely Gorgeous Home

We were in Walla Walla for a family girls’ weekend and had a phenomenal time! This house is not only gorgeous but very spacious, well-stocked with all essentials, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 9 to have stunning accommodations. Two bedrooms on the main level were nicely accessible for older members of our group. The kitchen is amazing and we appreciated having the space and tools to create and enjoy delicious meals there. We all raved about the home! The Mill Creek trail is just steps away and is wonderful for running or walking. The host was responsive and organized, the entire rental process was simple and easy to communicate. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Stunning home perfect for couples! Well stocked kitchen. Attention to all the details. Probably the nicest VrBO home I have ever stayed in, highly recommend. Super comfortable beds. Sad to leave would definitely rent again!

This home is very much as advertised in listing--clean, spacious, modern. Several sitting areas for visits. Patio area, with firepit, and large grassy area are great for kids and adults. Quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to downtown. We will return to this home in the future.

Beautiful House, Beautiful Location

Our family met in Walla Walla to celebrate a milestone birthday; Heron House was absolutely perfect for this. 4 adult couples and one teen. We all were impressed by the spacious floor plan, the well appointed kitchen, and the location. We had a great family meal the night we all arrived and we enjoyed walking on the nearby trail each morning. I cannot recommend this property enough, it was perfect.
