Ensuite bathroom with shower & toilet; Main bathroom has bath, shower & separate toilet. Reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning throughout. Open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room with water views. Lounge room has large Smart television with USB port; BluRay player. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Puratap water filter, electric oven & gas cooktop; Large fridge/freezer; Saeco automatic coffee machine (guests need to bring coffee beans or purchase locally). Separate lounge room has a smart television with USB port; BluRay player; DVD's; Unlimited WiFi for guests. 2nd fridge/freezer in laundry for drinks or bait. Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board. Outdoor undercover entertaining area with dining & seating; Café blinds to provide protection from sun & wind; Hooded gas barbecue. Secure fenced rear yard facing the marina canal (1.2 metre high locked pool fence); Portable fish cleaning sink for use on marina pontoon. Water hose, power & lighting on pontoon; Tie ups on pontoon for securing boat; Guests do not have access to the boat lifter. Off-street parking for 2 cars in front of garage, with room for a boat; No guest access to garage. 10 minutes’ walk to Wallaroo township. Sorry, pets not permitted.

DIRECTIONS: Heading towards Wallaroo from Kadina, turn right onto Athena Drive and follow the road around, then turn right onto Spencer Highway/Alford Road). Turn left onto Pommern Way then left onto Failie Avenue; look for number 17 (on the right) with the yellow holiday rental sign at the front.
