Great reasonably priced accommodation

Great accommodation just outside Wangaratta. The owner upgraded us to a small cabin from a hotel room. Even a small complimentary light breakfast included which was a nice surprise.

We did book the most budget option so can’t complain, essentials all there , bathroom extremely old and tired but clean. Bed ok. Very nice indeed to have a warm space and well provisioned breakfast in the dining room included in the fare.

Cosy accommodation for an overnight stay. The shower is pretty tight, located in the corner, and has a large hob to step over. Might be tricky for some. Electric blankets and heater worked very well.

Everything was pretty damn good. Unit was new, clean and neat. My only disappointment was the bed. For me, and we are all different, the mattress was way too hard and uncomfortable. I’ve had more comfortable camp beds. Just a small thing, but you asked.

Lovely staff that go above and beyond, beautiful well kept garden grounds and the continental breakfast had a variety of breads including gluten free if anyone is a coeliac. Super warm and clean rooms, plenty of extra blankets! Water, tea, coffee and biscuits were perfect.
