Conveniently located on a ridge above the Barbados West Coast in a quiet residential neighbourhood, our Prospect apartment rentals are the perfect base for exploring Barbados. Nearby you’ll find stunning beaches, trendy restaurants and the University of the West Indies.

The perfect location for families of UWI students attending graduations and other events.

Everything you need for a relaxing self-catered vacation is included. Our Three-bedroom, three-bathroom units are spacious with open-plan living/dining areas and kitchens fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, pots and pans, microwave, flatware and serving ware.

The apartments are fully air-conditioned and also have fans, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The communal outdoor facilities include a swimming pool, lounge chairs, Bbq facilities and an inviting seating area in the gazebo – all set in lush Caribbean gardens.
