Newly renovated cottage in Downtown Warm Springs! Easily sleep a family of 8 with 4 beds (2 kings, 2 queens). Conveniently located in walking distance to all of the shops in downtown, 1 mile from the Little White House, 1/2 mile from the US National Fish Hatchery and 4 miles to the beautiful hiking trails in the FDR State Park. Additionally, you will be only a 20 minute drive to Callaway Gardens and only a 25 minute drive to the Wild Animal Safari Park in Pine Mountain.

This is the perfect place to stay for your visit to Warm Springs and Callaway! Lots of room to spread out and it’s just a block from downtown shops and restaurants. This is a nice, clean, and charming updated and remodeled older home with a large yard and plenty of parking. We went to the Little White House and Callaway while we were here and they were both easy and fast commutes. We had a great Christmas celebration with family and we would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Reunion with Friends from the Past

My two friends and I met there at the property for a short reunion; we had not seen each other in years. We had a wonderful time visiting and remembering.. The property was very conveniently arranged so that we all had our private space, but we also had plenty of room to get together. Everything that we needed was available in the property. It was a wonderful place for us to meet.

Updated, Modern and Clean

Our family of 5 60+ adults wanted to share a space close to Callaway Gardens. Many of the available properties while historical and quaint were not practical for older adults (I.e. clawfoot tubs or 1 bathroom) Ryan has done an amazing job of modernizing this duplex so that we all had spacious and cozy bedrooms, updated shared space, identical bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and well-appointed clean kitchens. He has added nice upgrades like large smart TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms, keurig coffee makers, complimentary coffee and tea, and keyless entry. The property was a short drive from Callaway Gardens. We chose to eat local both nights and can recommend El Agave (Mexican) in nearby Manchester and Mac’s BBQ across the street for delicious reasonably priced meals. Should you choose to cook at home, the kitchens have plenty of cookware and dishes. It truly left little to suggestion. It should be noted that he requests no shoes to be worn in the house and requires the purchase of liability insurance with booking. These requirements were reasonable and may be common with VRBO rentals; this was my first time booking. Ryan is a really good communicator and always answered quickly with any questions. There is a cute downtown which we didn’t leave time to explore…maybe we’ll have to book again.

We rented the entire unit. It was perfect for our family. The cottage is in a great location. Walking distance to downtown. The best thing for me is that the king bed in unit A was so comfortable. Most mattresses these days are not. Ryan was a great host. He stayed in contact with us in case we needed anything. Check out was simple.

What a blessing!

This blessed our entire family including my parents' 60th anniversary occasion and Thanksgiving for our dear friend/ adopted family member who lost her husband. We had so much fun, beautiful/clean/spacious place, beautiful/quaint town full of history and friendly people. Ryan is a wonderful host- quick to respond and wonderful to accommodate. We even got to meet the original owner family member who was driving through town and reminiscing on Thanksgiving Day. Loved hearing the history of the home. I can't think of one complaint. We rented this home for our son’s wedding so that he and his groomsmen would have a convenient place to stay for his wedding at The Venue at Warm Springs. The home was perfect for their needs and beautifully furnished! The owner was very accommodating! Highly recommend this property.

I recommend this place to anyone. The location was just right for us. We rented both sides of the duplex prefect for our family. We set outside for the kids to play games walked up the street to town and had ice cream. This is a prefect place if you don’t want to stay over in pine mountain my family love the quiet neighborhood. It’s not that far from callaway gardens. The host Ryan is very quick to respond to my questions. The name does it justice cozy!!!!!

Great house in a great location!

We had a girls' weekend in Warm Springs and this home was ideal for our party of four. The location is ideal for walking to the shops of downtown (even the Little White House and the historic pools). Ryan was very responsive and the home's renovation is modern and clean. Would love to return! One note: the town rolls up the sidewalks early, so be aware.

A Phenomenal Getaway

Ryan was an outstanding agent/host! Our stay comfortably accommodated four couples for a relaxed getaway. (Including Callaway Gardens and Dining) It was our first VRBO experience and we were pleasantly surprised of how well the property is maintained with up to date appliances and furnishings as well! I highly recommend this property!
