my room was fantastic. it had a very good shower and bath. the bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. the room layout was perfect and the fixtures and fittings were very stylish. breakfast was absolutely perfect and the staff working in the hotel were lovely. oh. great coffee too. i would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting warrington, or even visiting manchester if you fancy a great hotel away from the city centre. the hotel is a two minute walk from the train station and a 20 minute train to manchester.

The renovations and housekeeping were fantastic. Rooms are accessed via stairs only, so not recommended for unfit. Single room was well equipped but compact. Pricing varies per day so can be very expensive

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally grand—spacious, elegant, and finished to a very high standard, making for a truly comfortable and luxurious experience. What stood out just as much was the staff, who were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made me feel very welcome and well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be more than happy to stay here again.

Standards of the hotel throughout were excellent, an error on Expedia was handled professionally and expertly by the team, testament to their service levels. Had a brief chat with the hotel owner & his passion for service shone through. The continental breakfast was amazing & Riad attached to the hotel was also outstanding. You can guarantee if I come to Manchester/Liverpool I will be looking for Parr Bank. Place smells amazing too.

i knew this was going to be a good stay during the check-in process. the friendliest staff i’ve ever encountered in 30 years of travelling the world. the design and styling of the hotel was beautiful and my room was absolutely perfect. i couldn’t think of anything which was missing. breakfast was excellent as was the coffee. i will definitely be returning. 5 stars all the way.

Elegantly decorated botique hotel right in the heart of Warrington with Riad Cafe serving hearty breakfast. Close to a variety of restaurants with easy access to rail and bus station. This was our second booking and it was again a VIP service provided by Pramod. We will be booking again for this weekend.
