Step inside to a generous entryway and the first of three comfortable living spaces. From here, move through to the light-filled open plan kitchen, dining, and main lounge area. The expansive kitchen features a large island bench with barstool seating – ideal for casual meals or keeping an eye on the kids while you cook. The dining table seats eight and overlooks the garden area. Start your morning with a barista quality coffee at the touch of a button with the supplied pod machine.

The main living room includes a large-screen TV and an inviting L-shaped sofa – perfect for curling up after a day at the beach. Glass doors lead out to the fully fenced backyard, where you’ll find outdoor dining and a firepit – perfect for balmy summer evenings with family and friends.
