Disappointing and absent service

We were left outside at the address with no information whatsoever about how to access the flat. Moreover, the number given at the booking summary was not correct. Finally, managed to contact them and were given details of a different flat at a different address with lower quality and cheaper price overall (after checking in Hotels.com for the average price). Really disappointed about the service.

En skjult perle

Det var noget af en kontrast mellem opgangen der var utrolig slidt og skummel og selve lejligheden der var helt fantastisk. Faktisk kunne man kun blive positivt overrasket når man kom ind i lejlugheden og det er jo det der betyder noget

Apartamento nuevo y muy agradable y bonito.

Apartamento nuevo, bastante bonito y grande. Aunque no tiene aire acondicionado y nos cogió una ola de calor, al menos contaba con un ventilador y nos pudimos apañar. No le faltaba detalle alguno, incluso contaba con cápsulas de café. La ducha maravillosa, lo mejor del apartamento podríamos decir. Se agradece después de un día pateando las calles de Varsovia. Por decir algo negativo, las almohadas para nuestro gusto muy blandas y pequeñas, eran mas bien cojines. Y las cortinas de uno de los dormitorios que es de color claro y al no haber persianas en estas ciudades, a las 5 de la mañana entraba el sol como si fuera el mediodía.
