Very bad customer service. I understood that I booked a very cheap room and I didn’t expect it would be a good room. I accepted poor bed with small bed sheet. However, I didn’t accept no kettle and a broken microwave. When I switched on the microwave, it could see fire inside the microwave, and it was about to explode. The customer service insisted it worked perfectly before I checked in. The cleaner came on the second day and certified it was broken, the hotel promised to replace the microwave on the third day, but no replacement till I checked out on the fourth day.

Das Zimmer und den Schlüssel zu finden war schwer. Erstmal hatten wir den falschen Code bekommen. Da es Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer gab, was es immer besetzt und dreckig. Ofen und Herd haben nicht funktioniert. Heizung war sehr klein, es war kalt. Eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen war zu wenig und die Überzüge waren kaputt.
