Cute hotel with nice location…Lovely staff especially Mr. Derek…He is tge best hotel staff I have ever met…Very professional and kind. My room was ok size with good bathroom…Rituals peoducts in the bathroom. The hotel is cosy…They have very tasty chocolate in lobby and room…Many restaurants and shops nearby…Adjacent to the university.

AC worked the first night on geat and it was fine, the next day it did not work and we were instructed to use heaters but they weren't fully heating but it wasn't a big deal. The reception, amenities, location, etc were excellent. Definitely will be on my list to visit again.

Lovely hotel in excellent location.Airport bus/local buses/metro nearby.Excellent breakfast-I tried all the a la carte options-on different days! Loses marks for noisy air conditioning.Also noise from overhead gym woke us up on first night-second floor room.Not sure gym on 3 rd floor was a sensible option when users slam down equipment on the floor but reception sorted it out after I rang them.Staff lovely especially the breakfast crew.

The ONLY place to stay in Warsaw

Magdalena and her team were courteous, knowledgable and accommodating. The hotel is renovated to perfection. The rooms and bathroom are generously spacious and luxe! The hotel is in a prime spot to “walk” to all that Warsaw has to offer. One block away from the metro. Breakfast was fantastic but a little pricey. A huge selection of restaurants around the hotel. Highly recommended as the only place to stay in WARSAW!!!! Nick
