The hotel is very good, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a larger room, which we truly appreciated. The room was comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. We also really enjoyed the hotel restaurant — the food and overall dining experience were excellent and definitely a highlight of our stay. The only small issue we encountered was in the swimming pool. After we had been swimming for a while, some dirt appeared from the bottom of the pool, which was a bit unpleasant. It did not overshadow our stay, but it is something that could be improved. Overall, this is a very good hotel, and we had a positive and enjoyable experience.

Mamaison Hotel Regina is a lovely, cozy, and conveniently located hotel. While it’s slightly farther from the main Christmas market, it’s still only a 5–7 minute walk to the Old Town square. One standout highlight: the best Irish coffee we’ve ever had anywhere was here—rich, creamy, and more like an espresso martini than a classic Irish coffee. Absolutely delicious. Our experience started unevenly at check-in. While another couple received a warm holiday welcome and gingerbread cookies, our check-in felt noticeably cold. The room we were initially given was an attic-style room with low ceilings, a small window, and only one sink—nothing like the room category we booked. After returning to the front desk and speaking with another staff member, the original staff member quickly resolved the issues and even offered cookies 😀( I was passed the cookie stage at that point) and we were moved to the correct room. The rest of the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a charming hotel with a good location and nice amenities, but the check-in experience—and who greets you—can strongly impact first impressions.

Top-tier Hotel, Let down slightly by front desk

A really superb hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are in a different class compared to other 5-star options we've tried in Warsaw. The restaurant is fantastic and the majority of the staff were wonderfully courteous. Our stay was let down slightly by two of the receptionists (Ol.dra and K.rol), who seemed a bit inexperienced with guest interactions. Despite this, it's a top-tier hotel and we would certainly return
