Terrible experience!! Avoid

Avoid this place at all cost. They advertise apartments in old town but only their office is located there and you must drive to their office first to check in and get your keys and then drive 20+ minutes across Warsaw to your apartment, which was in shambles, by the way. We had electrical sockets sticking out of the wall, broken lights and chips/cracks all over the walls. It's also in a very run-down neighborhood that made my family and I a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel was at expected quality for the price. Checking in system should be simplified. It took us 1.5 hour to go to downtown location to check in and come back to the hotel.

I strongly give an advice for you who want to book this apartment. Very Very difficult to contact through a phone call. I complained very strongly to Hotels.com. Even if 2 months earlier I sent a message to confirm check-in and how to check-in, they did not check my message and phone call even on Warsaw that my wife called, they did not answer. I was in the panic when the check-in date is coming. At that time I was traveling with my family that whole peoples were 7. I can understand that their office is not near the apartment. However, They must answer through the message and phone call ! ! ! ! If you have the plan to book this apartment, I would like to say strongly that AVOID this apartment.

Fin lejlighed på 10. Sal, ligeved siden af metro stop, så man kunne være i centrum på et kvarter. Indkøbscenter m. restauranter plus små dagligvarer butikker lige over gaden.
