The Space:

The central point is a bright living room featuring a comfortable sofa and a 43-inch Smart TV with cable access – a perfect spot for evening relaxation. The interior is designed with extraordinary attention to detail: oak parquet in a French herringbone pattern, crystal lamps, and Roman blinds create an atmosphere of luxury. The living room features two independent exits to balconies, one of which is equipped with an armchair, perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view of the greenery and the city skyline.



A separate, quiet bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (160 cm), oak flooring, and a bookshelf with a collection of books and albums (also in English), guaranteeing a peaceful sleep and relaxation. A dedicated desk for remote work is also available. The apartment features an elegant bathroom maintained in light tones, offering a bathtub with a rain shower and the ultimate comfort of heated floors.
