She has been lovingly updated with a great room, solarium and walk in bath on the main floor. The grounds are stunning...with 4 white arbors, a large metal gazebo, garden statuaries, beautifully landscaped gardens, covered sectional, fire pit, grill and picnic table all surrounded by a white picket privacy fence. Bring the whole family because there are 4 bedrooms , 3 baths, and a full kitchen. Also perfect for that girls weekend of crafting, painting etc because the space is also an event venue for weddings & parties. 1/2 hour to Iowa City and the University of Iowa. Take in a Hawkeye Game or 20 minutes to Kalona's Amish shops & bakeries. Downtown Washington is 1 block away with its picturesque square, shops, restaurants & the world's oldest continuously running theater. Is she haunted.... Yes....
