We arrived early at AC Marriott Downtown and were told no rooms were available yet, which was understandable. We left our name to be notified when our room was ready, but we never received a text. When we returned at 3 PM, the King Corner room I had paid for was no longer available, and we were given a double queen room instead—not ideal, but we had no other choice.
The room itself was okay, but there were a few issues. The TV was broken, and the shower had very low water pressure, which was frustrating. On a positive note, the rooftop social bar was really nice, with a great view! The location is also a plus, as it’s close to many attractions.
Overall, the stay was fine, but the lack of communication and room mix-up left me disappointed. Would love to see better service in the future!
