I really likes staying here! My only problem was that the parking fob had not been updated so parking was a pain point. I’d definitely stay here again, but it is always sold out! The management is quick and responsive and the concierge on site is fantastic!

This was an amazing property. Exactly what we needed and really good size. The only minor issue we had was that the towels were really bad. Don’t let this stop you from booking.

Great apartment and location, bring extra towels

Excellent location, building and apartment were great! Communication with leasing company was difficult and when we asked for additional towels (only one of the two bathrooms had towels) so that four people did not have to share two towels, our very simple request was not granted.

It is an apartment in Pentagon City, near blue and yellow metro lines and the pentagon. Being an apartment, it has all the at home essentials to make for an easy and enjoyable stay while being close enough to eat out every night if you choose.

Convenient, yes...clean, no

Where to begin?!? Im shocked this place had excellent reviews, at least based on my experience. So, check-in was easy but i requested parking for 2 of the nights i was booked as a colleague was staying with me for some local events we were participating in. I was told i could not have anyone else in the unit, despite it clearly saying online that the price i payed was for 2 people. Needless to say my colleague parked elsewhere. Anyway, front desk check-in was fine. I get to the unit, open the door and as i walk in i could smell the scent of a plug in which almost makes you think the unit was just cleaned. It was not, at least not to any acceptable standard. Kitchen counters were dirty, so were the sink and fridge. Kitchen floor was sticky. Jack and Jill bathroom had soap scum on the shower door, pubic hairs on the floor and sink. The rug in the unit clearly wasn't vacuumed. And it needs a cleaning. It was dingy. I found toe nail clippings in the rug. Absolutely disgusting! The unit itself is cute but not taken care of in my opinion. Doesn't look like it's ever checked in between guests. The beds were decently comfy although one didn’t have a fitted sheet on it but rather a flimsy flat sheet wrapped around the mattress. Horribly loud plumbing in master bath, too. The unit is equipped w toaster, coffe maker and appliances but youll want to be sure to bring your coffee, toiletries, towels, etc. Personally, wouldn't stay here again although location and building are nice.

DC Business Trip

The condo is spacious and has a nice kitchen area. The beds are comfortable. The pull-out sofa is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. The bathrooms and showers are nice. The gym is well-equipped and convenient for maintaining fitness on the road. The condo is located high enough off the ground so that it's quiet, and you're undisturbed by traffic or street noise. I stayed here with colleagues on a business trip to DC. It was exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again.
