Upouusi ja moderni asunto Red Line!

Tervetuloa täysin remontoituun 1 makuuhuoneen huoneistoihimme Chevy Chasen / Friendship Heightsin sydämessä! Talomme on 7 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Friendship Heights -metro- / linja-autoasemalta ja tonneilta ostosmahdollisuuksia. Huoneistossa on kauniit ja modernit viimeistelyt, uudet huonekalut, täysin varustettu keittiö ja työtila (Apple-tietokone ja tulostin). Olemme tyytyväisiä lapsiperheisiin ja voimme ylpeänä todeta, että naapurustomme on Washingtonin turvallisimpia ja vihreimpiä.

Tämä huoneisto on osa talomme, ja siksi panemme kaiken intohimomme ja rakkautemme sen uusimiseen ja kalustamiseen. David ja minä yritimme ajatella kaikkea, mitä liikemies, pari tai perhe voi tarvita oleskelunsa aikana. Siksi meillä on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on uusia laitteita ja välttämättömiä esineitä, kuten kahvinkeitin, lasten tuoli ja samppanjalasit (kuka ei tarvitse sitä lomalla, eikö?). Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Rock Creek Park. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi pyykinpesutilat. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Wonderful!

The property was as described - very well-maintained and ready for arrival! The hosts were very nice, communicative, and accommodating. A bad storm came through and knocked out power in the neighborhood one evening, and they brought us flashlights! We enjoyed walking the beautiful neighborhood and felt very safe walking the few blocks to the main commerce area!

David and Gladys were excellent hosts! We ordered groceries from Amazon fresh and David put our groceries in the apartment the day before our arrival. We had cold drinks waiting for us when we got in. The location is great. It is close to the metro and several restaurants. The apartment was well equipped with toiletries and k-cups. So much better than staying in a hotel. We had a great time. The accommodations are a big part of what made our trip great.

Stayed here with high school son to visit daughter attending AU. Excellent location close to metro and walking distance from so much stuff. The apartment is outfitted with so many amenities. I was very pleased with my choice and would definitely stay here again. Six stars.

This basement apartment was pristine, well-stocked and in a terrific location — just a few blocks from the red line (metro) and Whole Foods. Hosts were gracious and easy to contact. Super responsive. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier. My teens and I will remember this trip fondly.

Great place to stay!

The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. I appreciated having the separate bedroom even though I traveled by myself. The kitchen was perfect. About a 10 minute walk to the Metro, grocery stores, and restaurants. The neighborhood is lovely, felt very safe, and the hosts were responsive and friendly. Definitely worth considering for a DC trip! I’d stay here again.

College Review Trip

The home was easy to use and find. It was safe and quiet. The owners were very responsive and helpful. It was easy to get to the friendship Heights metro, 7 minute walk and an amazon fresh and whole foods were both in walking distance from the metro. We were able to get around easily and see all the universities on our tour schedule. Also, the host provided coffee pods and bottled water for the first day so that was so nice to not have to forage after a long flight. All the museum tickets we scheduled in advance were easy checkins and it was great to have both trips to sites and trips to colleges. We enjoyed our stay in DC.

Close to Red line Metro and Clean

A very nice basement apartment that is clean and close to the Red line metro (Friendship Heights) in Chevy Chase. We were able to park our car here, forget about driving, walk, and use the metro. The neighborhood is clean and seemed safe. The owners were very nice and responded very quickly. We were a family of 5 (children ranging from 8 to 13) and we fit, it was a tight fit but we were only there to eat and sleep. It was stocked pretty well with useful and thoughtful items. If we return to DC we would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet, great neighborhood. Hosts were extremely nice and great communication. Quick walk to the metro. Washer/Dryer was great. Only negative thing I would say about the rental is the main couch wasn't super comfortable and the towels were small, but I would definitely stay here again.

DC landing pad

This was a perfect spot for myself and my teen to return to after exploring all the sites that DC boasts. We stayed for 4 nights. There is an amazon fresh (for groceries) and friendship heights metro station within easy walking distance. I used amtrak to travel from NC to DC and was able to access all necessities visit famous landmarks without a personal vehicle. The apartment is well stocked and has lots of attention to small stuff: small size toiletries, coffee pods/creamers and a snack basket. David was responsive. Honestly, i only needed to contact him via text at checkout just as a courtesy to make him and his spouse aware that I was checking out and express thanks for the excellent accommodations. Id recommend this space to anyone exploring DC in a party of 2 or 3.
