This property is unlike any I have stayed at before, the room is basically controlled by an IPad, which took a minute to get used to but was very convenient. The only negative was the bathroom set up

CitizenM is clean, stylish, and overall a great stay. However, it’s not pet-friendly and has strict policies even for service animals. Also, the room had a strong scent that was a bit overwhelming for me.

They emailed me the day before to let me know they don’t have parking. It was outside of my cancellation window so i was not able to find a new hotel that has onsite parking. Other than that, it had an eccentric atmosphere, the rooms were very modern, they come with a tablet that controls the lights/devices.

Great Stay @ CitizenM Washington DC

Great location for me to walk, take a scooter, or Uber to any sight, activity or restaurant I wants to go! Staff was incredible! Kind, welcoming & friendly! Great eclectic decor and comfortable stylish rooms! A staff member helped me pick my view and I got the US Capitol view from my bed!! Awesome! Great stay! Would recommend to anyone & will stay again for sure! Great job Citizen M of Washington DC
