Easy place to stay for a last minute rebooking to the Reagan National airport. Bed was actually very comfortable. The room was clean. I had to call to notify the front desk of a very late check in and everything went very smoothly. The front desk lady was very nice and polite. Wish the breakfast was offered until 10 instead of 9 since we needed sleep!

Waited outside for a long period of time before staff let me in. I checked in around 11pm. Front desk attendant took my passport card and disappeared in a back room. This made me uncomfortable, until she returned with her fritos chips. After messing with her personal cell phone for some time, she began the process of checking me in to the property. After failing to properly check me in the first time, she started over and was then successful. Either this property is ahort staffed or your night manager needs some training. Best to all.of you.

It was good for the price. When we booked, it said there were 2 Queen sized beds and a pull out sleeper sofa. We actually had 2 full sized beds and no sofa at all. The hotel staff said none of their rooms had sofas or Queen beds. Really disappointed in that as it cramped our sleeping arrangements. False advertising and we drove 4 hours to find out. The staff were all very helpful and nice.

A place to stay after a midnight flight cancellation. Inconvenient for transportation- had to pay for uber. Door not open after midnight so was forced to wait for reception to hear the bell. Lovely receptionist, though.

Decent place for the price but overall in need of some refreshing. Bad experience with the staff: had been told breakfast ran until 10 a.m. Went down at 9:07 to get breakfast which was still out, but then a staff member came and started putting it away. Literally pulled the tray of pastries out as I was trying to get one and said "no, we're done" and wouldn't let me get one. So rude, so uncalled for. A little kindness could go a long way.

Very good hotel, convenient location 15-18 minutes to any museum in Washington (Capitol, Congress, White House...) Spacious clean room, white towels, comfortable beds, excellent breakfasts in assortment. When visiting Washington DC I will stay only here.

It was difficult to find for the Uber drivers but economical and close to the airport. I did not get breakfast as I was a few minutes late after 9 am. Staff could have been nicer.
