The Eaton DC hotel was really nice and quiet. The room decor was modern and very clean, and the staff was attentive. The location of the hotel was very mid-town, which allowed for walking or a quick Uber to everything DC has to offer. I will definitely book another stay at the Eaton DC hotel.

This was my second stay here and I was disappointed by the staff upon check in. I asked for a printed or emailed receipt when payment was processed when I arrived and was rudely denied this. How are you able to process and receive payment and not provide record when asked? Will be my last time staying.

This hotel was AMAZING!!! The thoughtful and elegant details were appreciated. The staff was delightful and helpful. I had a massage and sauna treatment and it was all heavenly. When I go to DC next, I'm not staying anywhere else!!
