Close to the Metro. Exterior is nice but interior is old and needs uodated. Very small room. Shower didn't drain. Refrigerator did work. Felt dirty.

Hotel was good overall. The location (Chinatown) isn’t the cleanest, but is acceptable. The breakfast area isn’t large enough to accommodate the crowd during the high season.

Customer Service

My experience with the check-in staff was excellent. The women at the front desk were very friendly and professional. Check-out, not so good. Phyllis needs to work on customer service skills. She was not listening when i told her i wanted to use a different card for check out. We got it resolved but she shouldn't use words with guests such as, "that's what I asked you". The rooms were too small for my taste and you could smell the poor septic system in the bathroom. Trying to cover it over with bleach was not successful. They need to address the sewage smell.
