Staff and room were great. Breakfast was poor. It was served on paper plates with plastic forks and knives that broke while trying to cut very dry hard French toast sticks. Seriously? Plastic utensils? Not even camping do they work. Staff was very kind and helpful. McDonald’s would have been tastier.

Great location near the airport with a shuttle that arrived to pick us up in less than 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations on dining within walking distance of the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.

The airport shuttle was difficult to find at the airport and because the shuttle does not drop off passengers in the roundabout in front of the Hampton Inn, I struggled with my luggage.
