The accommodation was excellent and not far from public transport. Glad to note there was a free transfer from hotel to train but disappointed that we were not told that we had to request the return transfer - ended up waiting more than 30 minutes before we called and transfer arrived.

My stay was quiet and the staff were kind and professional, which I really appreciated. However, I did notice an issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. There was some unknown splatter on the lower part of the wall and near the bathroom door, which was concerning. I hope this can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
