The hotel seemed to be full during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was understandable to be crowded during the breakfast and the management should be aware of this in advance. However, there were running out of dishes, bowels, and even food. Many of the residents just kept asking and waiting for clean dishes even the disposal ones. It lasted almost the holidays (at least I stayed four days). It should be manageable to avoid the disaster from happening.

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. We originally booked one room with a double bed but they were sold out so they gave us two queen bed rooms. The rooms were clean and accommodating. When we come back to DC we will be sure to stay here!
