Tried to cancel this trip due to reviews about bed bugs and mold. We tried calling 4 times to cancel the reservation, but they didn’t answer. By the 5th time they told us they couldn’t help us. Booked through Expedia and wasn’t able to cancel due to it being after the check in time, even though we tried several times to contact this hotel. They won’t refund us, but I have children and won’t put our safety as risk with mold, and I don’t want to deal with bed bugs. We were booked with 3 other families. None of us are getting a refund. Not a great experience, especially when they won’t answer the phone or even try to help.

I need to request to speak to someone about a full refund for the 2 nights, I ended up leaving Saturday due to my room having cockroaches ; they had explained since I had went through hotels I would have to request the refund through your company. Decent for the price

Staff was pleasant the room was clean and smelled good the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the sink knob came off on the first night but for the price it was decent I would stay there again.

This property seemed ok for a one night stay on Expedia. The pictures here are not what this motel looks like. The rooms are carpet with stains and smell of mildew. Plexiglass is all around the lobby checkin. I cancelled my reservation after checking in and hoping to get refunded
