Friendly staff (valet, front desk, cleaning) Clean, spacious room. Spacious bathroom stocked with plenty of towels. Comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of space for storage (drawers and closet). Lots of counter space. Standard mini fridge. Water available in the lobby in the evenings. Nearby restaurants, convenient stores, and coffee shops. A few blocks away from the White House. Free wi-fi that works! Fast check-in and valet. Fast elevators that use room key to move. Cheap valet price for a city ($60 plus D.C. tax and tip). Bathroom has a glass sliding door which may bother some people.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great customer service especially Ritchie as mentioned in other reviews. He was even courteous enough to share restaurant options and give us detailed directions on how to get there. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was really comfortable and although the shower didn’t look any different from other hotel showers for some reason it felt amazing. I thought it was just me but my friend also agreed and the water stayed hot. Walls are a little thin, we could hear others talking but it wasn’t bothersome enough to take away from my 5 star review. The parking garage is a little tricky to navigate as it is not connected to the hotel. The hotel also has valet if you need to use your car during your trip. Since everything we needed was in close proximity to the hotel (great food choices and shopping) we decided to leave the car in the garage and walk during our weekend girls getaway. Would definitely stay again, actually looking forward to it.
