My family stayed here for 1 week here, Yonas was amazing host. The home was very clean and he provided all neede amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, its a great place to stay and viait DC.

Really enjoyed my stay. This property is one the outskirts of the city in a quiet neighborhood. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with my inquiries. Probably the cleanest place I've stayed in a while. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

This home is spacious and convenient to the Gaylord Convention Center, Maryland, and Alexandria. Yonas was very kind and responsive. The neighborhood isn't very walkable, but the house sits on a quiet and safe section.

Great location and we did enjoy our stay but there are some upgrades that were needing to be made and we expressed our concerns per asked on the guess book so no need for details, we did have a great time and until next time DC.

enjoyed my stay

everything was wonderful , nice home but need more than 1 Tv in the home and the mini split didn't work properly we tried to get heat one night but couldn't , however overall the weather was decent therefore we wasn't uncomfortable . the unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. will book again if i travel to Washington

Location

The house is very clean and the Location is close to DC monuments and the White House, but the neighborhood is one in which you have to be cautious about. All in all, we had a great time.The property manager, Mr Yonas is very good at responding to questions and our every need!

Visited Washington DC and stayed at this house

I really enjoyed staying at this house. It is newly renovated house and house was really clean and the instructions were clear when arriving at home. However, my only concerned was that the area where the house is located is little scary at night and i was little worried about parking my car on street at night. Overall, in term of service it was the great house to stay.

Perfect for our trip to Washington DC

The property was exactly how it was described. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the property. It was conveniently located for the places we wanted to visit. It was not a fancy neighborhood, but it was out of traffic and noise so we were pleased. The beds were very comfortable. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for the 5 adults. We had no problems that we needed help with, but we had contact with Yonas and that was reassuring. Having a parking space in front of the property was very convenient. We would love to stay there again if we revisit DC.

Beautiful apartment..

I loved the place from inside. Location and neighborhood seems to be little spooky, but it was safe. Apartment was neat and clean. We found some used packet if bread and couple of eggs in refrigerator. I don't know what's that's for, previous guest left it or what. I don't like that .
