Customer service was great. Front desk staff were very professional and answered all of our question during the stay. They even brought our doordash orders up to our bedroom for us. The room was nice and neat. Bathroom was clean as well.

Had an hour delay on checkin, as they said the phone number attached to my Expedia booking was unclear. I was waiting in their closed lobby bar, front desk associate knew ,went to lunch didn't commywith other. Not a great start . Hotel indicated valet parking available, didn't disclose valet only option with a 55$ rate per day . Towels were not the softest . Bed , room, amenities were great. Front ,desk, restaurant, and valet staff were wonderful.

The hotel was beautifully decorated but the space was compact. The room I booked for 4 people was small for two beds and had a small table for 2 only. There was something on the wall that keep coming on and off it sounded like whistling or some kind of machine that came on and off all night. I’m a light sleeper so I didn’t sleep well. The mattress was too hard and the room was in a corner tucked away with a cabinet in front of the area you need to go pass to enter the room which made the area cramped. It was a strange set up. I actually called the front desk to complain about the noise issue security was sent up to check it because maintenance was gone for the day but he knew what it was after I explained it to him. I believe it has something to do with air flow in the room. It was just annoying to me.

Very good staff. Easy to walk to Metro. Safe to walk at night. Onsite restaurant is okay. Use DoorDash for food delivery as cheaper fees. Around the block are tons of restaurants and convenience store for drinks, water, etc. Uber is fast. Nespresso maker in the room. Pods filled daily. 2 bottles of water provided daily. Shower pressure is okay. Water gets on the floor due to no glass door. Over satisfied with safety, location, and price

Super Charming Hotel. The decor was really creative and great they had a fabulous Lounge in the basement with comfortable couches and plants. The staff were lovely and the breakfast and the restaurant was delicious

The staff was great- the best part of the hotel. Very accommodating and courteous. I wouldn’t stay here again though- it was too hip and trendy for my taste. More importantly, the room had a very strange horrible odor in it. The heater was loud and blew air over the bed. The bathroom was cold and there was no exhaust fan. I didn’t sleep well at all - I woke up 4 times, once to a loud group in the adjoining room, then to the sound of traffic. Way too expensive to not even get a good nights sleep.

Lovely area in DC and very pretty hotel with comfortable beds. But travelers need a place to put their clothes! No dresser, no shelves. This is crazy. There was also no lighting in the entry way near the closet with the mirror, so it was hard to see yourself. The bathroom had a pedestal sink so there was no place to put your toiletries bag. Very odd to have a hotel room NOT designed for travelers. I don’t get it.
