Hotel is a great location for Georgetown area activities. It is a good value for this neighborhood. Staff were all friendly and very eager to accommodate us. The bed and sofa in our suite were comfortable.

The hotel could be really nice but the rooms are very tired - pillows on couch frayed - wood surfaces nicked. The bathroom had no rack for towels. Really needs a refresh.

The location was great, and that's why we picked this hotel. Our room was clean, but the services ignored to come on the second day and clean. The room provides complementary tea or coffee (good brand), but the creamers were out of date. The overall staff is very friendly. The property is little run down and needs some renovations.

Very good location close to transportation. Hotel is old and rooms need refurbishing. Room was not very clean, in fact we had to switch out of our first room because it was dirty. Staff was friendly, but we would not stay here again.
