The breakfast at cafe Riggs was delicious, the gym was one of the nicest I’ve seen at a hotel. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the hotel and the vibe. Rooms need a plugs near the writing table for plugging in computers and phones. Ridiculous that these is not one plug within range of the table (there is no desk)

Food quality was not good. Diner type of food, definitely not upscale. Not sure why they designate themselves as luxury. Also the cafe/lounge area/lobby was closed down for a private event from 3pm until the next morning and there was not where to hang around. Main areas should not be closed for private events when there are other guests checked in. Would not come back to this one. Waldorf DC was much better. Front desk staff was very nice though.
