Disliked: Cleanliness
House had a strong odor as you walked in.Apparently no water softener, I assume. Water smelled very bad of well water, so that’s what I assume….Twin beds had no top sheets and I contacted the owner and he told me they don’t provide/ make the small beds with a top sheet…. We went to target and purchased… House is dated and unfinished in the main bathroom, no molding, chips in tub etc.Couch and tv room was nice.Nice view and the kids did like the dock to fish.Trash under back deck, from TV boxes.Kitchen was not stocked for a big family, but we made it work.Dirty kitchen counters and linens in kitchen.Trash from past guest still on property.No ice or water on the fridge, would have been nice to know before we got there so we could have brought water on our trip in…Would I stay here again? No, but some may.I don’t think we should have had to pay a cleaning fee, maybe it was a omission by the housekeeper.
