We stayed overnight recently and we're pleasantly surprised by the Kilmorey Lodge. Learning that the property has a long history, we expected something old and musty. Instead, we found the lodge to be new and wonderful.

The Lodge is beautiful with lovely views of the lake and mountains. It has a cozy atmosphere with numerous fireplaces. There are some nice touches in the room, like cookies and thick bathrobes. Love the high ceilings. Delicious food in the two dining rooms. Friendly staff too.

This is a beautiful hotel that’s only been re-open after being rebuilt for a few years. The room was beautiful. The dining was excellent. The only complaint we have is that the building heating system is very loud and makes noise continually. It may have been worse because we’re on the second floor, and we had vaulted ceilings in our room, and maybe it wouldn’t bother other people in the same way, but it did affect the quality of our sleep.
