OUR UNIT NUMBER IS #152. This updated unit is truly ocean front, only steps from the sand and water.

The unit offers comfort, privacy and views of the ocean from Santa Cruz back across the Monterey Bay to Moss Landing.

One bedroom units at Pajaro Dunes, "SHOREBIRDS" have the best unobstructed 180-degree views of Monterey Bay from Santa Cruz to Monterey that Pajaro Dunes has to offer.

Come ready to relax and enjoy this fully furnished condo, including linens, towels, washer & dryer, everything you need in the kitchen and an outdoor propane BBQ. Sleep on a comfortable king size bed and enjoy the 42-inch HD flat screen TV in the bedroom. Or our SMART 55 inch HD flat screen in the living room. We have expanded Charter HD cable with Showtime, HBO and the sports package. The living room has a comfortable queen size Murphy wall bed. The condo comes with it's own high speed Internet connection that will provide constant access to the Internet via your laptop, iPhone or tablet.

The condo is in the desirable gated "SHOREBIRDS" complex with twenty-four hour security. Unlike two bedroom units you will enjoy complete privacy from the living room and bedroom as the windows face the ocean, not nearby units.

Shorebirds is located along Sunset State Beach where you will have access to miles of sandy beach. After walking on the beach, swimming or surfing in the ocean you can rinse off in the outdoor shower on the first floor.

In the evening you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the privacy of your living room, bedroom or deck. Or you can walk out onto the beach where you will find fire pits for bonfires. Hiking trails and walking paths around the lagoon.

You have full access to Shorebirds homeowner’s association Pickleball, tennis and basketball courts. There is an onsite store open seven days a week. We have pickleball equipment in our unit.

Enjoy fine dining in Monterey, Carmel or Pebble Beach. Or travel a shorter distance north to Santa Cruz and other nearby towns for shopping, dining and sightseeing. World class golf courses open to the public are on the Monterey Peninsula, Pebble Beach and Santa Cruz. When in season you can visit the Santa Cruz boardwalk.

Staying at this condo was exactly what we needed. I planned our stay to do nothing but relax and recharge And that’s exactly what we did. As we first approached the door to the condo, we got a view of the waves through the access door and it was breathtaking. We entered the condo and were so impressed with the decor and the cleanliness. Everything was perfect. We pulled up the shades and opened the doors to hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. It was so calm and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, pots and pans etc…. They even provided numerous spices, coffee, tea, oatmeal, popcorn and waffle mix. They have a Keurig and a toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The TV was easy to use and had many streaming services as well as regular channels. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was warm and cozy. Entry into the complex was simple and they provide carts to help get your bags to your condo. The beach is right outside the door and is quiet and beautiful. The sunsets are amazing. Many stores and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive and the host provides an information packet with many suggestions of places to go and things to do. Our stay was well worth the cost and we can’t wait to go back again.
