We have expanded Charter HD cable with Showtime, HBO and the sports package. The living room has a comfortable queen size Murphy wall bed. The condo comes with it's own high speed Internet connection that will provide constant access to the Internet via your laptop, iPhone or tablet.

This condo is in the desirable gated "SHOREBIRDS" complex with twenty-four hour security. Unlike the two bedroom units you will enjoy complete privacy from the living room and bedroom as the windows face the ocean and not other nearby units.

Shorebirds is located along Sunset State Beach where you will have access to miles of sandy beach. After walking on the beach, swimming or surfing in the ocean you can rinse off in the outdoor shower on the first floor.
