Absolutely dishonest and disgusting.

The female working the front desk lied to me and treated me with the utmost disrespect. There was no one there meaning the hotel was empty. I requested one more night for business in the area and she sharply said no as if I did something wrong. I paid for three nights and only was able to stay for two. Now I have to figure out how to get one stay money return. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst customer service and experience I’ve ever received. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. As I was polity speaks to her and trying to show the recipients via email she threatened to call the cops (and she did!) Thd General Manager was very nice when I spoke to him during check in. I am going to corporate for this one.

My wife and i stayed for a week while i was in the area for work. Check in was easy staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean beds were comfortable just areally nice stay.

The hotel itself smell olds and looks old. There was a dog barking as I was getting ready to go to sleep. This seems all bad but this is when the good part begins. I talked to the employee at the desk and she gave me another room on the second floor away from the barking dog. Later that night I saw I forgot my cellphone charger and asked if she had a spare which she did. Those two acts alone made up for the "old hotel" feeling. The place is not for everyone but the employee I met was top notch.

Okay Experience

We received a phone call asking when we were going to check in - have never had that happen before. Caller seemed annoyed we did not have an exact time of arrival - we were at a family event. Room had a smell to it - not sure if it was because it was closed up - turned the air on and it seemed to go away. Beds were extremely uncomfortable- felt like a bar in our backs?? Pillows were nice. Room was clean. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom - just two tiny bars of soap. Towels and bathroom were clean. Rate our stay: It was okay. Would we stay again? Maybe. Note: We have stayed here in the past and had a better experience than we did this time.

We were pleasantly surprised with Motel 6. We had a wonderful stay from check in to the end of our stay. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was spacious and clean. The grocery store and several restaurants within walking distance. There have been many updates to the building. Give them a try….you won’t be disappointed!

Big comfortable King

The room was very spacious and clean. Looks like it has just been remodeled, but there were no comfortable chairs to sit in the bath towel somewhere kind of small could’ve used an extra pillow, but it was very comfortable and very clean and we would probably go there again.

They scammed us stole the last of our money and treated us like convicts instead of customers …. They are involved in seriously questionable activity I highly recommend not staying here it’s so unsafe
