Rising Mist Retreat Near Mine Made Adventure Park

This charming home is perfect for family gatherings, weekend getaways and off- road adventures! One of the rare homes located near the Mine Made Adventure Park. Bring the family and enjoy the spacious great room, fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms and two full baths. Guests love the front porch with rocking chairs and gorgeous mountain views. This home has a large yard, plenty of parking for trucks with trailers and 2 pets are welcome too!



The Space:

This home is located just off the main road at Wayland and GPS will bring you straight to it! Once there, you will enter through the front door into the huge living room with large sectional sofa, additional sofa and recliner. There is also a smart TV, a dining table that will seat 6-8 people and a spacious kitchen with large island with additional seating. Go down the hallway to two guest bedrooms with queen beds and large closets. The guest bedrooms share a full bath with tub and shower combination. The master bedroom is at the end of the hallway with a king bed, smart tv and private full bath with tub and shower. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer that guests are welcome to use. The exterior has a large front porch overlooking the yard with rocking chairs and additional seating. When you pull into the driveway you will see a covered carport that will park two cars and there is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located about 15-20 minutes to the Mine Made Adventure Park. You cannot ride your machine from the house to the park. You cannot access the trails from this location. However, it’s a short drive and we host many guests who come to ride. There are very few rentals near the park and this is definitely one of the best!



Interaction with Guests:

I am always available if guests should have any issues. We have a couple who live in the small house next door. They keep up the property for the owners and are also willing to help if needed. They are not intrusive and generally keep to themselves.
