Outstanding place to stay! 5 minute walk to anywhere in town. The home was spotless and was equipped with anything you might need for your stay. Our host was very responsive as well. Honestly can’t say enough nice things about this property.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in the cottage for the weekend. The place was immaculately clean and was thoughtfully decorated which created a welcoming atmosphere. It was perfect. Also, the bedding was so comfortable and I slept like a baby. If you’re going to spend time in Weaverville or surrounding area, rent this property, you won’t be disappointed.

Everything about this guesthouse is fantastic! It is extremely well supplied - we wanted for nothing! The location couldn’t be better, affording us an easy walk to any place in downtown, and a quick jump on the highway to get to Asheville. And Geri and Stuart are the best hosts anywhere, super responsive and always willing to help. I can’t recommend this location enough.

We have stayed in numerous vrbo's. This unit, by far, was the most immaculate and well-equipped unit that we have ever rented. It was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and conveniently located (2 blocks from downtown Weaverville). The hosts could not have been nicer or more accomodating.
