This light, bright self-contained studio apartment with cosy Queen bed, shower ensuite, kitchenette and large sunny deck is the perfect base for exploring Wellington.

Your own entrance is up a small flight of stairs onto the deck, where you can watch Karori’s birdlife with your morning cuppa or recharge after a day’s sightseeing with a sundowner.

You’ll be in self-contained apartment below our family home. You will probably hear us from time to time, but you won’t see us. We’re always close by if you need help or advice.

Perfect place for a solo writing retreat, got heaps of work done over three nights. Andrea was super responsive and helpful when I was making the booking and had queries. The studio was self-contained and although I was conscious of the family being in another part of the building, it wasn't intrusive. They were also on hand should I need anything (I didn't because it had everything I needed).It's easy street parking and a 5-minute walk to cafes, a bakery and a Four Square.Highly recommend:)
