Hotel was lovely and we had a really great stay. It appears to have had a renovation recently (stayed Jan 2026) and the room was really well equipped, comfortable and clean. Staff in the main hotel were excellent. The service at breakfast in the GPO cafe was a bit manic and disorganised, and the layout feeling a bit cramped contributed to that feeling of chaos at peak breakfast time with customers and staff all trying to move around.

We really enjoyed the Intercontinental club - the chef and attendants there were so nice and inviting. They made the stay and our visits to the club - for breakfast, tea time, drinks and appetizers - so relaxing and enjoyable. The room was very clean and gave us a comfortable night's sleep.

Great sleep in a nice room. Breakfast area is under construction, so it is held in a large ballroom which is a bit sterile and cold first thing in the morning. The lobby is also under construction. But otherwise was fine.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was very nice and bed very comfortable. It was located near the shops and restaurants so very convenient. Staff was nice but didn't have that wow experience we had with some of the other hotels on our trip. We will definitely stay again.
