The apartment is fully private, however, please note that it is a "dual-key" space. You’ll enter through the main door into a small hallway. This apartment is through the door on the left, while a separate studio apartment is located through the door on the right. It's important to note that there may be guests staying in the studio apartment during your stay.

We had a wonderful time visiting our son in Wellington. The place was in walking distance to his home and we were able to host him and his girlfriend several times for meals and talks. Very centrally located and convenient and comfortalble.
