This place is convenient, easy access to all restaurants and bars and tourists activities due too its location, staff are very friendly and informative. The parking is only designed for smaller vehicles as very tight we discovered in an suv.

we booked this hotel after having to relocate from another hotel in the middle of the night (at the last minute). We were very pleasantly surprised - the location is very close to everything, so extremely walkable. We were very happy to have an interior room due to all of the noise in the city centre as it was Cuba Dupa weekend (we don’t know if it would’ve been noisy in the exterior rooms. But we were very appreciative to have a quiet room). we ate in the on site restaurant for breakfast on one day - it was competitively priced versus other breakfast/brunch locations. we would recommend others to stay here. If you are using the on-site parking facilities, we recommend having a smaller car rather than an SUV or pick up!

Room was a good value, though we did miss a window. Part of the street felt a little seedy, though there was a great Italian restaurant at one end and plenty of nightlife at the other, and the location was convenient to the Te Papa museum.
