From a superficial view the hotel was amazing. However, the cups in the cupboard had not been washed, the shower did not have proper seals which made the bathroom floor get wet easily. The lights system sometimes worked and sometimes did not. The beds were very easily moveable which made them separate from the bed head easily while sleep or sitting on the bed. The positive is how amazing the staff are and the attitude they bring to their work every day

Great location, grandchildren enjoy the breakfasts , and the treats they can help themselves too. Spacious rooms, comfy beds , the showers are another storey, no matter what little door is used they leak all over the floor , a very poor design . The kids live the pool although pretty cool and a shame the spa wasn’t in working order .
