This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location, as we were taking the train the next morning. We enjoyed our view of the bay.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. Its between the waterfront and main shopping areas and a few minutes from the station. Its also only a 10-15 min walk to the Sky Stadium if you've got a rugby game to watch. Now as for the hotel itself, very disappointing. I was in room 802 which felt very unloved and had a broken AC. Housekeeping didn't clean the room until very late in the afternoon which was very frustrating when after a long day out you just want to come back and relax. The second issue was the lack of working AC. Being the weekend they apparently weren't able to call out the technicians and an offer to be moved wasn't made until 2 days after I'd reported the issue. I was moved to a different room which though of the same standard in terms of room type was far superior. The pool was fine though probably becaise it was empty. Its really only big enough for 2 to comfortably do laps. Reception staff were great, very friendly, helpful and professional. Unfortunately my experience has put me off using this chain in other areas.

Nice quiet room, parking was full on arrival which made it a bit tricky, we did park across the road, which was fine for us as we were leaving early the next morning, something ti be aware of though.

Excellent choice

It was clean and quiet. The lap pool was the right temperature and a pleasure to use for a morning swim. The restaurant Portlander downstairs was quite good. Service was excellent throughout the hotel.

A bare minimum room. Had a kitchenette but faucet leaking, stove top was there but zero cooking pots or pans and no cutlery except two spoons. Only two small plates. No instructions of the microwave and AC was not functioning properly.

Nice and charm stay!!

The location is perfect. The hotel is walking distance to the train station and Queens Wharf. I loved the view from room. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Only observation about the cleaning service didn't restock the shower gel and I had to call to request some.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was nice and central and hotel was pleasant restaurant was a stand out. Food and cocktails were 10/10. Unfortunately all the milk in the fridge was expired and my small child had many before noticing there was huge lumps and brown discolouration at the bottom. We notified staff and they said they would provide us with a jug of fresh milk but we retired to more of the small containers. We just brought our own after that. The rooms were okay. Temperature was freezing and the cleanliness wasn’t the best no linen change. Would have appreciated more care from staff regarding complaint over the milk but other wise a nice stay. Pool facilities were a plus.

Nice and central, close to waterfront and shopping. We were able to store our bikes with reception. Parking was a pain as it was on the street or in the parking building down the road and was expensive. Aircon unit in the room was noisy so we could not have it on overnight which meant we were a bit warmer than what we would have liked. When the aircon wasn't working properly the staff had someone up to our room within 10 minutes to fix it which was awesome. Overall, it was a great stay - the staff were great and the rooms were lovely. The restaurant had really nice food too. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect in very way. Comfortable spacious r room with all the amenities needed. Great location both for the ferry and to walk into the centre . We had an excellent dinner with a free bottle of wine.
