We did a stay-cation and thought we would try a new local hotel. We really loved it! The rooms were very modern, clean and quiet. We stayed in the 1 Bedroom Apartment, which was great for the price. The lounge didn't have a couch to cosy up on, and the bedroom had no TV - not a biggie - but next time we would probably just stay in the King Studio room. The staff were amazing! Especially Chris - who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.

Nice room. I didn't think the lay out was very friendly for a business traveller (small desk/table space, ottoman to sit at this) - this is clearly a layout choice the hotel designers made.

Hotel was fine. Though it advertises with signage that it’s free help yourself drinks between 4-6pm but myself and other guests found the fridges locked which was confusing and disappointing. The immediate area outside the hotel is ok but Courtney Place has a lot of unsavoury people and not enough police.

Overall an OK hotel. However considering the price you would expect a bit more. Room was not cleaned properly, dirty coffe plunger (with coffee left from previous stay), empty water jar in the fridge, toilet door in some dirt splashes. Some guests been noisy all night and no one attended that. Wouldn't be on my list to revisit, sorry

Fantastic location, just 5 min walk to Te Papa and the waterfront. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from and walking distance to the sights. Would definitely stay here again. The added bonus of all day free teas, coffee and other refreshments, snacks downstairs in the lobby area was awesome. New World supermarket is just a short walk away too. Super comfy bed and nice toiletries available - a perfect place to stay for our group.

Good hotel close to the airport bus, Te Papa and the waterfront. Friendly staff. Seems a shame that they lock the coffee in the reception away at 9pm - 10pm, surely there could be a way to seperate the alcohol and the coffee so you could get a lovely Nespresso coffee when you come in late.
