Easy check-in. The room was very nice with a retro style. The bathroom was HUGE, the shower was a great size with a fold down seat and a washer / dryer combo machine. The Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa is a 5 min walk and a must visit to see the Gallipoli: The Scale of Our War exhibition. Lots of restaurants close by!

Dust, low water pressure, noisy especially the rangehood vent that flapped when windy - sounded like a drum). Broken appliances, that staff where well aware of before our visit. 5th floor rooms aubject to heavy footateps and noise when penthouse above host a party. Room 501 Wont be back

Fabulous staff who went out of their way. The hotel was very quiet despite being in a busy area of town. The complimentary coffee machine, sparkling water and fruit was much appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable.
