We really enjoyed our time at the hotel and had a wonderful stay here - we're looking forward to coming back! The rooms were clean, well supplied and spacious, the staff are all incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. I was very impressed at how efficiently the hotel is run. By booking through Expedia we had breakfast included which I highly recommend - good food and sets you up for the day. Thank you so much for having us!

Everything as expected. Staff friendly and professional. Bed comfortable, a bit of stain here and there on the carpet and a chair. Clean towels. The only thing that I would mention was the breakfast. It was cold and part was not served. I would visit again.

For the price it was good value as breakfast included. The second days cooked breakfast much better as hot and all items well cooked. I would suggest the hotel has a small fridge with cheddar cheese on sale. Also am adult entry just for the cave. Area very quiet abd Wells near by.
