Overall nice stay

The property manager communication was on point. The pictures of the home were not as pictured. The bathroom was not cleaned/trash but this was on the cleaning company which he did apologize on. Other than that, the home was comfortable. But yes, please update your photos and hire a new cleaning service!

Unfortunately, our stay at this property did not meet expectations. While the listing claims the house can accommodate up to 12 people, the reality was far from that. There were only 2 dining chairs and 4 seats in the living room, which made it impossible for our group to sit and eat together or even relax comfortably indoors. For a property advertised for large groups, this setup was very disappointing.The kitchen was extremely under-equipped. There were only two plates, one wine glass, barely any cutlery, and no kitchen knives. There was also no corkscrew or bottle opener, which are basic essentials in any rental. Cooking and dining became a frustrating experience. Additionally, there was no propane for the BBQ and no firewood provided for the firepit, despite both being advertised as available amenities.When we arrived, we were also shocked to find a large, active wasp nest right at the entrance, which made it stressful to get in and out of the house safely. The landscaping was very neglected, with overgrown grass and weeds, giving the whole exterior an unkept, abandoned feel.Inside, the basement had a very strong and unpleasant smell of moisture and mold. It felt damp and musty, making the space nearly unusable and certainly not comfortable to spend time in.Overall, this property has potential but is in serious need of maintenance, proper cleaning, and a much more accurate listing description. We expected a lot more for the price and based on the photos and details
