The main level offers an open concept with a spacious and updated kitchen, beautifully crafted dining table and chairs with seating for eight, and a cozy living area boasting vaulted ceilings, smart TV with cable and a stone fireplace with gas logs. Step out onto the wrap around porch to enjoy the riverview and ample seating for friends and family. Also on the main level, is a master bedroom with a king bed, smart TV with cable, and ensuite including a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Upper level enters into a lofted space equipped with a foosball table, loveseat, a desk and chair for a remote work area. Second bedroom offers a queen bed, smart TV with cable, and a closet offering a variety of family games and children books. Upper level offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Lower level opens into a sleeping area with a queen bed, smart TV, and access to the front yard area. Also included on the lower level is the third bedroom with a twin daybed with trundle, chair, and bookshelf with more games. The lower level also accommodates a third full bathroom with a walk in shower, and a spacious laundry room area.

Explore the outdoors by relaxing on the wrap around covered porch, enjoying the firepit, and the short walk down to The New River frontage for days filled with fishing, water sports/leisure activities with friends & family.

Still Waters-Riverfront, Foosball, Firepit, Fireplace, Covered Deck, River Tubes offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/games room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
