The bed was broken- rolled us both to the middle, mouse turds inside, kitchen wasn't stocked well, soap dispenser was broken in the bathroom, large crack under door so geckos were getting in. Couch was terribly uncomfortable and really no where else to sit but there. We spoke with the manager/owner and shared our concerns, he said he would refund us. We moved to a hotel. HE NEVER REFUNDED US. Filed a claim with VRBO and forwarded all of the screen shots from our text messages. VRBO denied the claim b/c we didnt communicate on their website but used text instead. Super disappointed in the integrity of the owner/manager who said he would refund us and VRBO for not backing up an unsatisfied customer who had pictures and text communication with the owner. Not sure what else I could have done. The place was terrible- DO NOT STAY HERE!
