All vehicles must be parked within a driveway located on the property (fits up to 3 cars) while 2 additional cars can be parked on the grass in front of the house .Cars are not permitted to park in the sidewalks or on the street under any circumstances.

Security Cameras cover only the exterior areas of the property , they remain on and in operation at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of our guests and the property.

No Smoking inside the house : violation of this rule result on additional $500 fee.

Pool Heating
We offer pool heating to 86°F at no additional cost.
If you prefer a temperature above 86°F , there will be an additional charge of $65 per day during your stay.

Our villa is nestled in an authentic, welcoming South Florida neighborhood. Our guests love the local charm and have always felt safe and comfortable throughout their stay

Aroma:
Our home includes a fragrance diffuser that provides a pleasant scent throughout the main areas of the villa. Many guests love and enjoy this aroma; however, we understand that some may be sensitive or prefer a scent-free environment.

If the fragrance is not comfortable for you, you may simply unplug the diffuser at any time. There is no need to notify the host. Your comfort is our priority.

Our property undergoes rigorous cleaning and sanitizing according to CDC Standards. Our dedicated team conduct pre-stay inspections to ensure an impeccable experience for you .
Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat for bugs, insects and ants, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this , kindly keep doors close as a preventive measure.

We do not leave negative reviews lightly, but this stay was extremely disappointing and did not match the listing.The home advertises a “fully equipped kitchen,” which was simply not accurate. There was zero cabinet space available for guest food storage. We were six adults and spent over 500 on groceries for our stay, and there was nowhere to put anything. There were also very limited pots and pans — none large enough to cook for a group — and no basic cooking essentials (no oil, no seasonings, not even salt and pepper). This is not a functional kitchen for a home that claims to accommodate large groups.The shower water pressure was shockingly weak. It was nearly impossible to rinse shampoo or conditioner out, especially with long hair. The bathtub did not work at all, which was unacceptable as we specifically booked a home with a tub because we were traveling with two babies.There were visible holes in the wall in the arcade room. The backyard swing set was broken, and the slide had sharp cracks that felt unsafe for children. These are maintenance and safety issues that should be addressed immediately.The bedrooms have no dressers or drawers, so guests cannot unpack for a multi-day stay.The biggest issue was the neighboring property. Dogs are left outside and bark throughout the night. Roosters begin very early in the morning and continue during the day. None of us slept well.

the host was welcoming and ask if we were needing anything the pool was so nice for the family and all the games and even a swing set for the children, basketball half court, pool table! grill, fire pit it was so nice for adults and the children. Thank you it was chilly weather in evening, and they had a heated pool which helped with the cooler weather. thanks Leidy

Nice stay.

The house is nice it small for a group of 13. Back yard is awesome but could use a little shade in the pool. House is clean but only one small trash can. Neighborhood is really the only down fall.

Leidy was the absolute best host! The house was clean, fun and stocked with all items that you need! The backyard was a selling point. The pool, furniture, basketball court and ping pong table were put to good use. Leidy had wonderful communication and helped us out in SO many ways. Our boat charter cancelled on us the day before and she quickly sent us an option that was better than I could have ever imagined! She also sent us a limo company link to take us to drinks and dinner. This was my bachelorette trip and Leidy did such a great job making sure we were taken of! I would definitely stay here again!!

The property was even better than expected. It was so clean and beautiful. The location is perfect. The backyard is absolutely beautiful - we spent most of our time out there because of how amazing it was. The host was great - so great with communicating, very quick and helpful responses. Will absolutely stay here again and would recommend it!!!

Hurricane Haven

Finding a last minute accommodation for 5 adults (two elderly), 2 children and multiple dogs felt like an impossible task. But this place was amazingly comfortable for our extended family traveling to avoid the path of Hurricane Milton. There were plenty of activities to keep our young girls (ages 6 and 3) occupied in an otherwise stressful time; swimming pool, swing set and arcade games. And when the storm finally did reach us and knocked out half the power (including the A/C), they quickly responded by bringing in a generator and a portable A/C unit. I cannot speak highly enough about their desire to go above and beyond for our family. We cannot wait to plan an actual vacation stay there in the future!

Great house with plenty to do in the backyard.

This house was perfect for our trip. My 16 year old son wanted to find a house with a basketball court and this house delivered at a reasonable price. The backyard has mini golf, a beach with hammock, ping pong and beautiful pool ,bbq and a fire pit with the inside also having plenty of activities as well with the pool table and arcade games. There was plenty of room with 2 double bed in the 3 rooms and 1 room with a king bed. There was ample towels. The house is a 10 minute drive from city place. We thought being next to the airport would be loud but we did not hear any noise of planes overhead. The host was very receptive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house as we had a wonderful weekend stay. Thank you for having us!
