The Home:

This newly constructed home seamlessly blends luxury, comfort, and thoughtful design. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a memorable stay. From multiple king-sized beds and sleek granite countertops to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances and abundant indoor and outdoor seating, you'll find everything you need to relax, entertain, and unwind.

The Main Level:

Step into a spacious open-concept kitchen featuring premium appliances, cookware, bakeware, glassware, and dinnerware for large groups.

Enjoy coffee your way with a drip coffee maker, Keurig, and Nespresso machine.

The kitchen island includes a built-in wine refrigerator, an ice maker, and bar seating for 4.

Dine in style at the grand dining table with seating for 12.

The living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, a stone gas fireplace, and a stunning chandelier.

The master suite offers a King-sized bed, a workspace, and a private bathroom with an oversized shower and his-and-her closet space. French doors open to a sunlit deck with lounge chairs.

A second King bedroom is located on this level with convenient access to a full bathroom.

The upper deck is an entertainer's dream with multiple seating areas, an outdoor gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, a casual dining table for 8, and a built-in Wolf propane grill.

Everything was great and beautiful! Only down fall is excessive cameras makes you feel like they are watching everything you do, I understand having cameras at door entries but all other are not necessary! Just felt a little uncomfortable with the feeling of being watched, but that is just out opinion though! Besides that it is a ver nice place!

Beautiful property that has everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Kitchen is modern, clean, and well equipped with a spacious layout for large family gatherings and meals. Great Lake location and home

We had a wonderful week. The home was excellent and as advertised. Lake location and dock was excellent - we rented a boat for the week and it was easy using the dock. Outdoor fire pit is great. Outdoor porch and lower patio have comfortable furniture and great view. Hot tub, ping pong table and pool table were used throughout the week. And the home was excellent - clean and seems new. Even had a few good surprises like commercial ice maker and three refrigerators. Highly recommend and expect that we will return.

The house is truly well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The home, grounds, and lake front views of Lake Keowee are stunning. I cannot highly recommend enough! Awesome Family Vacation Spot!

The home could not have been better for our family!! Not only was the home immaculate and beautifully decorated but the amenities were incredible! Everyone loved the game room and outdoor ping pong table, but our favorite spots were the 2 porch swings and hanging out at the dock swimming. Everyone loved having the kayaks to use! For myself, the serenity of the calm peaceful lake in the morning. But, really, all day it wasn't busy so we felt very safe in the water! The home even had a gate on the deck for the little ones, 2 pack 'n plays, and 2 high chairs! Lots of seating for all 13 of us. Having king beds in all of the bedrooms were perfect and the grandkids enjoyed the bunk beds and queen beds in their room!! Thank you so much for letting us use the home for our family reunion! The property manager was incredibly accommodating and gave fantastic advice!!!
