Welcome to your lakefront retreat on Lake Keowee—perfect for family vacations, Clemson game weekends, and relaxing getaways. This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home features an open-concept living area ideal for gathering, entertaining, and enjoying beautiful lake views, with plenty of space for families or groups to spread out and unwind. Enjoy direct waterfront access with a private dock for swimming and boating, a private beach area perfect for relaxing and easy lake entry, and a rare gentle slope from the house to the water—unlike many homes in the area with steep paths from the house to the lake. Spend evenings around the fire pit or cooking on the BBQ grill, and enjoy added fun with air hockey, a movie theater, stand up paddle boards and kayaks available for guests. A large driveway offers ample parking. The home is located just 30 minutes from Clemson University and close to hiking and outdoor recreation. Guests love the private beach, easy walk to the water, spacious layout, family-friendly setup, and peaceful setting. Whether you're boating, relaxing by the water, grilling at sunset, or unwinding by the fire pit, this home offers the full Lake Keowee experience. As the year progresses, we’re continually enhancing the property with thoughtful upgrades, refreshed furnishings, and new amenities to make each stay even better! The boat slip is not available for use.

Video and noise monitoring devices are placed around the exterior of the house for the security of the property, safety of our guests, and to ensure respect for our neighbors and property, as well as to monitor for unauthorized guests exceeding the max occupancy and to make sure unauthorized parties do not occur (no cameras or audio recording devices are inside the house).

**Please note that the property owners may come to the property to use their boat. You will be notified if and when they will arrive to take the boat out and they will do their best to not disturb you**

Please remove your shoes inside the house. Lifejackets must be worn by anyone (children and adults) using a kayak or paddle board.
Service animals or pets are NOT permitted on furniture or beds. Owner's boat is not for guest use. Do not untie, remove cover or get on boat/platform
Children must have adult supervision while swimming, near the water, on the beach/dock, using water toys/equipment and around the firepit while lit.
